This phone supports auto set up but you can also set it up manually if you prefer.

Motorola RAZR2 V8 - Sync Set Up

The Motorola RAZR2 V8 phone comes with SyncML pre-installed and ready to go. To set up your Motorola RAZR2 V8 to "sync" with your Mobyko Phone Book, just follow these steps:

• 1. From the main icon menu, select "Settings".
• 2. From the Settings screen, select "Motosync".
• 3. Displays Sync Profile Setup "No sync profile can be found on the device. Select a profile type to set up a new profile.", press Options and select "Edit Profile".
• 4. From the list of profile types screen, select "SyncML".
• 5. Enter the profile name "Mobyko".
• 6. Enter your Mobyko account ID and password and set the Server URL as follows:

Server URL: http://sync.mobyko.com/

Server username: ----

Server password: ----

• 7. Select Contacts under Synchronisation.
• 8. Select Contacts Data Path and enter "contact".
• 9. Select Data Connection and select your preferred WAP profile.
• 10. Press "Save".

Motorola RAZR2 V8 Syncing

Once you've set up your Motorola RAZR2 V8 as described above, to perform an actual "sync", just follow these steps:

• 1. From the main icon menu, select "Settings".
• 2. From the Settings screen, select "Motosync".
• 3. Select "Synchronise Now".
• 4. That's it. Your Motorola RAZR2 V8 will now sync its internal phone book with your Mobyko Phone Book.
