FAQs - Frequently asked questions

FAQs » Phone setup and sync » Duplicated Contacts

My contacts have been duplicated when I synchronise - what can I do?

This can occur if you are synchronising with a new phone that already has the same contacts in your Mobyko Address book. To remove these from your phone you will need to delete the duplicated contacts from the Mobyko Address book and re-synchronise.
