How do I add or change sync reminder emails?

Mobyko can send you emails every now and then, to remind you to sync your phone so those latest numbers are always safe. To get this service, just tick the box when you sign up online. Once youve signed up & you want to be reminded more - or perhaps less often - you can update your requirements at any time. Just sign in to your account and click on My Account (at the top), then click on My Comms. Youll see all your communications preferences there. Please note: Youll only see the sync reminders in your comms prefs if your phone is compatible with our sync service.

How do I add or change a sync reminder by text/SMS?

Mobyko can send you text messages every now and then, to remind you to sync your phone so those latest numbers are always safe. To get this service, just tick the box when you sign up online. Once youve signed up & you want to change this - you can update your requirements at any time. Just sign in to your account and click on My Account (at the top), then click on My Comms. Youll see all your communications preferences there. You get 12 reminders free (1 sent per month). Please note: Youll only see the sync reminders in your comms prefs if your phone is compatible with our sync service.

How do I find out when my account expires?

You can take a look in My Account - Account status, but don't worry, we'll send you an email close to the expiry date, to remind you to renew your account.

How do I update my details?

You can keep your most recent details up to date by clicking on My Account - My Profile and making any changes you need to. Don't forget to click Save to save your changes.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by clicking on My Account - My Profile, then type a new password where it says 'change password', make sure to type it again underneath as confirmation. Then don't forget to click Save to save your changes.

Forgotten password or username

If you have forgotten your username or password click 'forgotten' on the home page next to the login box. You'll then need to select your country and type in the mobile number you have registered with us. Click the button and we'll email you your sign in details. If you know you have changed your email address since you signed up, contact our support team to access your account.

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address by clicking on My Account - My Profile, then edit the email address in Primary email (this is the one we use to communicate with you). Don't forget to click Save to save your changes. You can also add another email addresses if you wish.

Is Mobykos payment system secure?

How do I delete my account?

If you permanently delete your account, you will lose all your contact numbers and any saved photos, videos or texts forever. If you are sure you want to do this, sign in to Mobyko, click on My Account then My profile. Click on the Delete my account link and confirm deletion by entering your username and password.
