Mobyko is only able to back up contacts stored on your phone. If you would like to back up contacts stored on your SIM card you will first need to move them to your phone memory. Please refer to your phones instructions booklet for instructions on how to do this.
This can usually be achieved in the Contacts/Address Book area of the phone, Please refer to your phone's instructions booklet for further instructions.
