Your PIN number is sent via a standard SMS so can be affected by normal delays in the network. It should arrive within 30 seconds but it could take as much as 5 minutes.

If your phone is on and has a good signal, please wait at least 5 minutes before requesting it be sent again (by using the link on the page where you need to verify your PIN.
If your PIN has still not arrived after requesting it to be sent for a second time, please contact our Support Team.
If you have entered an incorrect PIN 6 times, then your account becomes locked, and you will need to contact our Support Team to get it unlocked.
