Settings are sent as a text message to the phone number you gave us when you created your account. Usually these arrive within a few minutes but sometimes they can be delayed on their way to your phone. Make sure your phone is switched on and has a good signal and give it a few minutes to arrive.
If you have a Mobyko account and your phone number is wrong then please change your phone number and well resend your settings.
If everything looks right but you're still not getting your settings then please contact support. Or, if you're feeling extra confident you can try setting your phone up yourself.

No. You will only require settings when setting up a new phone, be it a replacement or a brand new phone.
